Returns & Refunds

We hope that you will enjoy the products you have ordered. If however you are unhappy with your order, please contact us first letting us know the reason you wish to return the items.

Items can be  returned  to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund, in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 What if my items are faulty or damaged?

Upon receipt of your order please notify us within 48 hours if there are any incorrect items in your order or if your order is damaged via email with your order number and images of the products you believe are not fit for purpose. We will then be able to evaluate the issue and advise on further action.

All orders are handpicked and packed ensuring all items leaving Candelicious Melts are in excellent condition. On occasions when the product arrived damaged please keep hold of all packaging, labels and contents received as picture proof will be required for us to investigate this with our courier .

In some cases, we will not require you to send the items back to us and a full refund will be issued, however, in the case of products being faulty but not damaged- for example, if you believe you have been sent the wrong fragrance-  we may ask you to return the item to us to be assessed.  On receiving the return  a replacement product or refund may be granted.

We will provide a full refund of postage costs for a returned item ONLY if the return is a result of an error that the company has made or the goods are faulty. At times  where this is not applicable the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the order.

Any returns due to change of mind the customer will be responsible for the return postage cost. Items returned must be in perfect condition with all original packaging and must be in a resale-able condition for a refund to be issued.

Please put a note in your parcel with the original order number and your name.
